Having a passion for studying different movement techniques she always searches for the most beneficial and pleasurable way of exercising. After many years of practice, research and experiments, Elena created a system which includes essential elements from many ancient and modern techniques with unique dance movements that bring joy and a sense of liberation. This system transforms your body helping you achieve a new level of consciousness and causing a shift in your emotional well being. The Kanaki System addresses small muscles groups that we rarely use, creating new neurological pathways between the brain and the body.
